ITracxTMS is an enterprise transportation management platform used by 250+ carriers across Canada and the USA. As Senior PHP Developer I led backend architecture and built mission-critical features — from a drag-and-drop scheduler to payment integration and robust audit logging. I designed scalable, fault-tolerant systems for report scheduling and large data exports using Laravel Scheduler, Queues and job batching to ensure reliable deliveries and great user experience.

Complex Features

• Report scheduler (end-to-end): User opens any report, applies filters and clicks "Schedule". A popup captures name, recurrence (specific date / every week / month / year) and time. These schedules are stored in DB and evaluated by a daily command. The command checks scheduled reports, triggers generation jobs at the right time and delivers the report to the user by email.
• Large CSV export pipeline: For instant small exports we keep synchronous CSV downloads. For large datasets I implemented an async export flow — on clicking "Download CSV" the request is persisted, user sees a popup informing them they will receive an email, and the system queues a job. Exports are processed in batches (chunking) to avoid memory/timeouts, with retries and failure handling. When all batches complete, an email is sent with a secure expiring link for download.
• Scalability & reliability: Used Laravel Queues, cron-scheduled commands, and job batching to make long-running tasks reliable. Implemented logging, retry/backoff policies and monitoring-friendly events so operations and support teams can track progress and failures.

This platform uses Lumen for high-performance API development and Laravel for a feature-rich admin panel. MongoDB was used for flexible and fast document-based data handling. As the backend lead of a 5-member team (2 frontend developers and 2 QA engineers), I designed the entire system architecture, developed Lumen REST APIs consumed by the Vue.js frontend, integrated MongoDB using the Jenssegers package, and built the Laravel admin panel with Bootstrap. I also developed the custom role and permission engine used across the system.

• Dynamic Role & Permission Engine: Implemented a configurable RBAC system with Role → Permission → Module mapping, including runtime checks using middleware.
• Field-level Access Control: Created read_mask and write_mask configurations to hide, disable, or restrict fields per role for maximum data security.
• High-performance Permission Caching: Built a caching layer to avoid unnecessary database queries, improving speed and scalability for large datasets.

Xnoll ERP is a full-featured enterprise resource planning system built for small to mid-sized manufacturing businesses. The system follows true ERP principles where all stock, production, and accounting data is system-driven, auditable, and tenant-isolated. It supports complete inventory control, BOM-based production, job work, vendor management, and accounting-ready workflows.

This is a fully offline desktop booking software built for hotels, lodges, and service-based businesses where internet availability is limited or unreliable. The application runs locally on the customer’s system and stores all data in a local database. It manages bookings, customers, billing, and reports without requiring any internet connection.
