ITracxTMS is an enterprise transportation management platform used by 250+ carriers across Canada and the USA. As Senior PHP Developer I led backend architecture and built mission-critical features — from a drag-and-drop scheduler to payment integration and robust audit logging. I designed scalable, fault-tolerant systems for report scheduling and large data exports using Laravel Scheduler, Queues and job batching to ensure reliable deliveries and great user experience.

Complex Features

• Report scheduler (end-to-end): User opens any report, applies filters and clicks "Schedule". A popup captures name, recurrence (specific date / every week / month / year) and time. These schedules are stored in DB and evaluated by a daily command. The command checks scheduled reports, triggers generation jobs at the right time and delivers the report to the user by email.
• Large CSV export pipeline: For instant small exports we keep synchronous CSV downloads. For large datasets I implemented an async export flow — on clicking "Download CSV" the request is persisted, user sees a popup informing them they will receive an email, and the system queues a job. Exports are processed in batches (chunking) to avoid memory/timeouts, with retries and failure handling. When all batches complete, an email is sent with a secure expiring link for download.
• Scalability & reliability: Used Laravel Queues, cron-scheduled commands, and job batching to make long-running tasks reliable. Implemented logging, retry/backoff policies and monitoring-friendly events so operations and support teams can track progress and failures.

This platform uses Lumen for high-performance API development and Laravel for a feature-rich admin panel. MongoDB was used for flexible and fast document-based data handling. As the backend lead of a 5-member team (2 frontend developers and 2 QA engineers), I designed the entire system architecture, developed Lumen REST APIs consumed by the Vue.js frontend, integrated MongoDB using the Jenssegers package, and built the Laravel admin panel with Bootstrap. I also developed the custom role and permission engine used across the system.

Xnoll ERP is a full-featured enterprise resource planning system built for small to mid-sized manufacturing businesses. The system follows true ERP principles where all stock, production, and accounting data is system-driven, auditable, and tenant-isolated. It supports complete inventory control, BOM-based production, job work, vendor management, and accounting-ready workflows.

Transzep is a transportation and freight exchange platform built to connect shippers, truckers, and transport companies in one system. The platform allows users to publish shipment and vehicle posts, negotiate through bids and chat, manage profiles, track notifications, and use OTP-based authentication for secure login. I developed both the web application and the mobile-ready API layer for Flutter so the same backend can power iOS and Android apps. On the backend, I handled role-based access, public load listing, bidding workflow, real-time style message handling, admin configuration, notification delivery, API logging, and a large admin panel for managing all business operations.

• Transport marketplace flow: Shippers publish shipment requirements with source city, destination city, vehicle capacity, expected price, and material details; truckers publish available trucks with pickup/drop locations, vehicle size, tyres, capacity, and vehicle number.
• Bid and chat system: Users can negotiate freight prices through bid messages tied to shipper or vehicle posts, allowing a structured conversation around each load instead of plain messaging.
• Role-based behavior: The system changes validations and profile fields based on role — shipper, trucker, or company/admin-type user — so each user sees only relevant fields and workflows.
• Notification architecture: Built both web notifications and Firebase push integration so the platform can notify users about new posts, bids, and updates across web and mobile devices.
• OTP authentication flow: Added OTP request, resend, verification, and callback handling for SMS-based login security.
• Mobile-ready APIs: Exposed a full API set for Flutter apps including authentication, dashboards, posts, bids, vehicle data, notifications, settings, and user profile operations.
• Admin operations center: Created a large admin backend to manage core master data like city dropdowns, vehicle types, roles, user records, posts, API logs, and system activity.

This Builder CRM is a real-estate lead management system designed for builder and sales teams to capture customer inquiries, store site-visit details, manage project interests, and assign leads to the right employee. The platform supports multiple roles including admin and employees, with role-based customer visibility and workflow control. I developed the complete backend flow for customer intake, lead assignment, reminders, brochure delivery through WhatsApp, notification handling, and data export, making the system useful for managing leads from first contact to final follow-up.

Ovly is a modern digital business card platform designed for quick and mobile-friendly contact sharing. Users can create and publish their profile, connect multiple contact methods, and share their details through a QR code or custom username link. The system also supports lead capture when someone submits their contact details, vCard/VCF download for instant saving in mobile devices, and admin-level control over QR batches, codes, and user mappings. I worked on the full backend flow including authentication, profile publishing, QR code mapping, contact sharing, image upload, validation rules, and admin management modules.

• VCF generation pipeline: The system generates downloadable vCard files so customers can save contact details directly into their phone contacts with one tap.

The application runs locally on the customer’s system and stores all data in a local database. It manages bookings, customers, billing, and reports without requiring any internet connection.

This Clinic Appointment Management System is built to streamline appointment handling for clinics, doctors, and administrative staff. The platform supports secure authentication, email verification, password recovery, and role-based access using Laravel Policies. I developed an API-first architecture so the same backend can be used for web portals, mobile apps, and third-party integrations. The system includes patient appointment management, clinician-wise access control, searchable and filterable appointment listings, dashboard analytics, and a clean foundation for notifications such as email, WhatsApp, and SMS reminders.

A complete Magento 2–based eCommerce solution developed with a customised SmMarket theme and fully integrated CRM workflows. My work included theme customisation, API integrations, payment gateway setup, and enhancements across catalogue, checkout and order modules.
